Sal was very responsive and informative. He showed up contacted the warranty company, ordered the water heater. The next day Sal was here before the delivery to drain and prep for installation. The work was seamless.

Technician was straightforward, gave me an honest evaluation and advised me to call manufacturer. My water heater was still under manufacturer warranty so they are sending me part and plumber for free. Best of all the tech didn't charge me for visit!

Sal was one of the best plumbers that I ever worked with in my 20 years owning a home. He came in and did a free evaluation. He actually was able to diagnose the likely problem from the phone but needed to confirm in person. My very agreed water heater needed to be replaced but he gave me a flat price with labor included and in a couple of hours the unit was replaced and I was up and running again. He will be my go to plumber from this day forward. Highly recommend!

Sal is a true professional. So glad i decided to contact Advanced Mechanical to come fix my Boiler after another company insisted the only choice was to tear down my walls and replace my boiler. Sal walked in, assessed the situation, returned within a half an hour and had my boiler purring like a kitten in under 2 hours, and much less than even his own original quote. He also followed up with me for two days after service just to make sure everything was working as expected.
