The repair person was prompt, courteous, fixed my gas oven, and then walked me through maintenance of ALL my home appliances! I have never had a repair person who took time to tell me how to keep him out of my house! I am extremely pleased with both Home Advisor and Advanced Appliance Solutions!

Exceptional service! The service appointment was within a couple of hours of my call. Dean was very professional, communicated clearly, quickly diagnosed the repair/parts needed, gave the cost before finishing, was very efficient with his time. He cleaned up the area and showed me the parts that were replaced. He offered advice on the care and maintenance of my other appliances. He also looked at my non-functioning dishwasher and got it working at no additional charge, even though I offered. I would strongly recommend his business services to my friends and family!

Dean was awesome. He got right to work and got the dryer vent cleaned very quickly and cleaned up the mess very thoroughly. The price he quoted me over the phone was the price I paid, no hidden fees or extra charges. His price also beat the competition by a landslide. If you you're on the fence about who to hire, this is your guy!

Dean went way beyond expectation. He called quickly, was out the next morning and he diagnosed and repaired the circuit board on my dryer, rather than replacing it. That saved me over $250. He provided great service and explained all my options. I will use Dean for ALL my appliance needs.

TWO THUMBS UP!!!! My experience with Advanced Appliance Solutions could not have been better. The owner Dean called right away, asked questions regarding my refrigerator then set an appointment for the next day. He called the next morning to be sure I was home and arrived 15 minutes early. He located the problem, ordered the part and returned to fix my refrigerator. Very professional in all ways. He checked my dryer vent and other refrigerator while at my home. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

Dean was very punctual, friendly, polite and got a complicated job done efficiently - He also was very respectful of our floors (wore shoe covers, spread drop cloth on work area) He was concerned about safety & also fixed my drier vent at no cost and refrigerator door that had been broken for over a year.
