Excellent on time and service -- very professional, thorough, and obviously knows his profession. Also gave free advice on the other appliances to keep them well functioning. This is the second 'HomeAdvisor' Pro I have hired, and can only but recommend them all as 5 star. Will recommend them to all and sundry and use them again without the slightest hesitation.

He showed up on time, and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was clean and respectful of my house. The appliance has been working perfectly since the repair, and the cost was very reasonable. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Professional that came to the house was great. Called right away along with coming the very next day. Looked at the refrigerator and found out that it wasn't installed properly and was able to fix the work and reinstall and looked at a few other items and went above and beyond. Would use again and recommend to family and friends.

Dean was very professional and educated us about the care and upkeep of multiple appliances which I appreciated. What I did not expect was a $70 visit charge but that was not his fault. Since most estimates are free, that is what I expected especially on an 11 year old washer, I would not have paid that much because it is probably not worth keeping but he did a bandaid repair and I hope to get several more years life out of the machine. JUST WISH HOME ADVISOR HAD SOMEWHERE THAT WARNED that estimates cost $$$ and are NOT FREE... or perhaps when a service tech called, they would let you know that there WAS A CHARGE. so we didn't have to be surprised. Just a thought.

Ryan determined that he could not help us as the part needed was not available. He did not charge us for the call. I will definitely recommend Advanced Appliance Solutions to others and call them with any future appliance needs.

Two hours after I requested a washer repair, a technician was in my home and replacing a belt. He also showed me how to check my dryer vent to ensure proper functioning. I would call Advanced Appliance Solutions again.
