"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

"I hired them, not knowing what they where like. I read the review and they where correct on 5 stars. they where great in tex messaging me. They where every professional and very niece to work with. ( family business). I hired them to repaint my in- laws house. After the first paint did a bad job. We did want that painter back. Sergio Garcia came out and clean the up the mess the first painter did. Caulked what need to be done and put another coat of paint. The price was great. Very professional. very easy to work with. Then I hired them to re-paint my kitchen that was only 3 years old. The builder did touch with two different shades paint. Sergio family came in sanded the cupboards and primed and painted with professional paint. They where quick on getting the job done. Everyday they showed up on time and told me what was going to happen.Price was great. I would hire them again. You can't go wrong with this company. Future Painting was the best."

Not only did they do an extraordinary job on the work we had contracted for (i.e., exterior repaint of our house, repaired areas of dry rot, pressure wash & seal our driveway, & and pressure wash & stain our deck), they also did other small jobs unasked, like removing old, unused cable that was still attached to our house, pressure washed and sealed our sidewalk & porch slab, edged our yard, etc.). They cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day and were unfailing patient and accommodating with our not-infrequent interruptions and questions. Our house looks beautiful! Most importantly, to me, was their thoroughness & attention to detail. For my 900 sq. ft. 1949 home, they quoted me for 5 days of work and 2 coats of paint but ended up working for 6.5 days and applying 3 coats to all trim - no additional charge. After suggesting that I buy all new door hinges since the old ones were covered in layers of old paint (and me telling them that wasn't in my budget), they went over & above by taking it on themselves to apply paint thinner to all the hinges! This was/is my first home, and Gene said he remembered that feeling & wanted to make sure I was happy. Mission accomplished!"
