Quoted at $480/- for a well defined job (gave exact details), ended up paying almost $1300/-.

First of all, thank you for using us; we appreciate all of our customers. You were relocated from a 10x15 storage unit to an apartment. You said 100 boxes; I told you the minimum was 480 for 3 hours plus 18% for fuel and supplies; that comes to 566.00, which is the minimum for 2 men for 3 hours. It was not 100 boxes, which is what you told me it was; as a matter of fact, the day before, you told me about bikes and furniture and said, Oh, it's 100 items. No problem, I had a third guy ready just in case you were making it sound easier than it was. We got there; it was a long walk on both ends. Three guys worked six hours and drove one hour, plus 18% for gas and supplies. You had 3 men for 7 hours, I ask every customer including you if I should come out so there are no surprises and you declined, Thank you for 3.5 stars and not 1. I think it is because you know how hard my guys work; I do as well.
