Very professional and did an amazing job. This was a 3rd floor to 3rd floor 2 bedroom apartment move. Lots of steps. The movers handled our furniture with care. Very physically demanding. I would highly recommend Adios moving.

Giving Adios Moving a 5 Stars rating is actually an insult. 5 Stars is nowhere near what Adios deserves. I would give 100+ Stars if I could. First, there was Sean. His customer service is second to none. I explained my situation which was a mess and he scheduled me for what was essentially an immediate service. Of course, there was an issue, an issue that was not on Adios' part, when is there not? I was frightened to call Sean and tell him because of previous dealings with others but he was awesome about it and truth be told, made me feel better about the whole thing. And, then there are the pie de resistance, aka Wayne and Billy. It was as if Taz, the Tasmanian Devil made famous via Bugs Bunny, had entered my world. The speed at which the two operated was insane. I felt like I turned around and was all loaded up. I was sure I would be all done in less than a half hour, these two were so efficient. It was remarkable. What was even more remarkable, was the speed at which they unpacked, unloaded it, and moved me in. I stood there and watched in awe. Even in my best days, compared to them, I would have been operating in quicksand. Heck, I really think they would have put Usain Bolt to shame! I literally marveled at these two men. There is one more thing I must address: the professionalism of both Wayne and Billy. I could not have hoped for nicer people. They were both so kind and sweet, sweet enough to cause a toothache. I am not being glib. What I am trying to do is to show the high level to their personalities. When everything went wrong, they kept reassuring me. When everything continued to go wrong and I was starting to lose it, they kept me going. Even more important was when it became hot as anything and my disabilities became excessively aggravated and it all became way too much for me, Wayne took over the role as my personal medic without missing a beat. He made sure I was okay and when I said I was when I really was not, well, he gently guided me into a recuperative environment/situation. To say he stepped in and took control of my health is not an understatement because when I got to where I needed to be post-move, I actually contacted my doctor because of how disturbingly horrible. I was told to come in immediately to make sure I was okay. I have no doubt that things would have gone differently with my MD had Wayne not done what he had done. Lastly, the way they treated me and the respect they gave me, was unrivaled, in a class of its own. As you can guess, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Adios Moving. I would never use anyone else. I do have to ask, however, that you do not request Wayne and Billy so that they can be available to me whenever. Thanks. Use this company with confidence, they have surely earned it!
