ATR provided a timely estimate that was well below the other estimates we received for siding the front of our house. Ron was able to schedule the work to begin a few days after we told him we wanted him to work on our house. His workers were courteous, hard working, and got the job done under the estimated time frame. After the siding was painted, the workers returned to install gutters, lights, etc. That needed to be removed for the siding. Ron stopped by each day to check in and make sure we were okay with the progress and checked back after is was all done to make sure we were satisfied. For future projects, we will definitely use ATR

The Bathroom remodel took longer than we anticipated, but as things got going towards the end all went smooth and fast, The tile work is very nice along with all the Spa features. The Spa is as we imagined, a classy addition to our home. Thanks ATR and all the contractors who were involved with the remodel.

Ron at ATR was easy to work with. My only advice is to communicate with Ron/ATR directly: even if it seems there is no need--subcontractors may say one thing to you as the client, but then something else to the general contractor--that can create delays or re-work. Ron responded to our every concern and was great with the details and explaining options. True to past experiences with other projects, mother nature and Murphy manage to make things take longer than they otherwise might--again frequent communication is essential. We have had many friends over since the basement was done--and all were favorably impressed by the transformation.

We were very dissatisfied with the painting. It is already cracking, and I don't believe that the paint that I selected was used. The painter did not remove any hardware or nails in the walls before painting, he just painted over everything. He did not remove any of his masking tape. The rest of the work seemed fine, although the finish work on the windows was not as well done as it could have been. The tile, drywall, carpeting and plumbing seemed good. The attic hatch was lost and never replaced. The original estimate was 45 days and it took almost 5 months. Ron was very nice though.

Excellent experience. They did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it and finished when they said they would be done. Workmanship was excellent and they were reasonably priced. Would highly recommend them and will use again should the occasion arise.

the workmanship was great, they were always on time and courteous, i would deffinitly use them again.

ATR has done an outstanding job of remodeling my home. They have my highest recommendation for any home projects.
