Work was done fast and everything i asked for. They kept me updated on everything and cleaned up afterward and returned all unused materials to the hardware store for me.

The work that was done was Great, and we are happy with our kitchen, but I feel as if I ended up doing more work than was necessary for the money I was paying. Miscommunication. There was a contract and therefor I can't complain too much because there were parts that were vague and parts that were specific which all in all was to the contractors advantage. If I were to hire them again I would make sure the contract has "everything specific" of what we wanted done. Lesson learned. Ended up having to shell out extra money twice to get what we thought we had already paid and agreed for.

Though he did an okay job and was completed, never paid the subcontractor.

Ron Seamon of ATR Custom Builders has taken a down payment, and a materials drop-off payment from me as well as an engineering fee. The total so far is around $30,000. Now, after one year, I have seen no work, no materials, no permits, no completed plans, and the owner has informed me that he is decairing bankruptcy, but has not submitted any paperwork to that end. I feel that I have been scammed out of $30k

I am very satisfied with the work performed by AR Construction. They managed the entire project beginning to end, from getting the building permits to completing the final inspection.

The project took 4 months to do what he told me would take 6 to 8 weeks. If I had not been calling all of the time to push him I would still be waiting for a simple garage addition. He made up stories to suit his needs and lied about conversations we had. I do not trust him and am so glad to be done with him. If it weren't for the payment plan where I had a large amount to pay upon completion, I couldn't imagine ever getting done with him. I only good part is he does use good sub contractors that were both professional and polite and plan on using them for future.

I was very pleased with the work of ATR. It was professional, timely, good quality and fair and competitive rates. I felt I could get a hold of Ron anytime I needed to ask him a question or go over daily updates on what was being done. I'm very pleased at how well my bathroom looks now. ATR made this an easy transition for my family considering we only have one bathroom. Thank you Ron and Staff. I will recommend your company to any friends and family in need of home projects.
