Daniel and Paul from My Property Masters were great. They showed up on time, quickly understood the 6 various house projects I needed done, picked up the right equipment for the tasks, split up the tasks and got to work. In just 3 hours they completed all 6 projects and their work was professional and clean. They were very polite and flexible as that same day I had sump pump issues and had various plumbers coming in and out to give estimates and they were able to work around the interruptions with no issues. Will definitely reach out to them again if needed.

initally, they began nicely, however, he never completed anything beyond the demo of the bathroom, his workers did not fully laid tiles, installed shower or the vanities. he would take the 1st installment and still not they complete the work, same with the 2nd and 3rd installment. He and his workers have not completed any of the jobs in the contract. They have not cleaned up the workspace. he has taken the money that was given in good faith

Workmanship was very good. Had some difficulty when I could not Zelle him the balance right away after the job was done. I was out of town and did not have immediate access to my computer. I asked for some grace to pay him within 1-2 hours but he got upset about it. I had to make an emergency call to my wife to take care of it. Then I had trouble getting a receipt from him. It took a few days. Seems one sided.

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
