Way over price. $ 284.00 to change out and install two fans. I only went with them because it was three day before the 4th of July. My wife wanted it done, for me a big regret. Never again!

Repair of leak in system started at $650 until it came down to it and I paid $250. What? Called a friend in the business but miles away and said that the leak sealant to put in the system is normally $75 - $100. These dudes wanted $300. Hmmm....

Company was prompt and professional HOWEVER when plumber arrived he quoted a price more than twice what it should have been and if I hadn't called the office to question it we would have been overcharged. Office was quick to correct it however it was something I wonder how often they do that? Just seemed odd. I am trying to give them the benefit of the doubt since otherwise they did fine.

The man was not personable. He was a little confrontational, and refused to work on the other sink when ask to do so - these sinks are right together. He did not want to clean off the stopper once he got it out - it was very dirty.

There was a huge mix up in my appointment and it was frustrating but once they got there it was great! Gino was fast at his job, explained everything he did and why it was broken. Also suggested future replacement/ repairs due to age of a/c, was not pushy and also a special offer I might be interested in to help keep it running well. Gino turned around my negative experience with this company, his customer service was a 5!
