The home advisor rep could not reach them. I connected with them but did not get a call back on what was a pretty quick need. I had to call again the next day to even get on their radar. I am not sure why it is difficult to reach the pros... my second such experience in three days. Two weeks later I still wait for the other pros to call me or home advisor to do something...

I had a pin hole leak in a fitting connection that only leaked when the water pressure was high enough to force the water out of the leak. I called Ace Solves It All and was greeted promptly and courteously. The technician arrived on-time and was extremely professional. It took longer to find the leak than anticipated, but he kept at it and properly repaired the leak. This is my first truly positive experience with a plumbing company and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality plumber. The surrounding area was kept clean, as this was a ceiling access job. Exceptional job!

This company had a poor time communicating with the scheduled time. The plumbe asked my tenant to help him with a portion of the work, unheard off. Ace charges too much for their labor in one less than one hour of work time, I will hire another company next time.

I needed the toilet repaired as soon as possible. I was a little surprised at the final bill but I did not have time to shop around so it may not be out of line. The work was done in a very professional manner. I have no regrets.

I paid $533 and did not clear stoppage and to get an estimate for 6K. This company should have only charged me for the TV camera inspection because they did not clear stoppage.
