This Company haven't stipulate the job warranty I have to literally ask them how long the job will be warranty for and waited almost a full week before the customer actually get a receipt from them this was definately not nice on the Company part. This is all for now.

The service person was friendly but almost immediately went for the up sale to buy a package for extended service from this company. The cost was very high for a simple fix.

I did hired this Company to do some work for me on my central Air Condition Unit butthey never send me an up-dated receipt to show how long the job that they did is warranty for, I am still waiting on this invioce, I did pay them in full already. I don't know what is the delay in sending it over to me, may be you can assist me in obtaining the correctted invoice show ing how long the job is warranty for, I do appreciate it.

Jerry was here to the minute of when the appt was scheduled. Polite, courteous, professional, and even went to lengths to avoid overcharging us for unneeded coolant for our system. Only a maintenance problem of cleaning out a drainage pipe. Absolutely awesome customer service, and even offered advice on future services, with a $25 off coupon. I definitely will be a returning customer, and sold from this one visit. If first impressions mean anything, I know these guys are the ones to turn to in time of need, and I cannot say enough good things about Jerry's attitude! Absolutely awesome!

Great experience. Had a ac failure on weekend. Theyvwere able to fit in and fix in hours. Home warranty company said would take 3 days.
