Zane and his helper removed a big, old, eyesore oil tank from the basement. I was told it would have to be cut up in order to fit out the door. Zane quoted the job accurately based on discussion and pictures, showed up as scheduled and did not only a fantastic removal job (without damaging anything), but also did not leave a mess. They brought a shopvac! The area looked so much BETTER after they left than when they arrived. I wish every contractor I hired was as professional as Zane. My experience working with Zane was extremely positive. I cannot recommend him enough and would give him a 5+ star if I could!

When the project was completed he tacked on an additional 2 hours. He said they charge from the time they leave the house. He went 45 minutes away from where he lived to pick up parts, instead of getting them days earlier, then he drove another hour from where he got the parts to my house. I should have been told this in advance. He was here about 3 hours and charged me $375. I will never use your services again. I thought you would have vetted the people you send out.

I apologize, Bonnie, obviously there was a misunderstanding or a miscommunication. On scheduled projects, we do charge from the time we leave the shop until we leave the job site. So here is the thing, Bonnie I assembled your heater for you which is not what I was originally hired to do. Upon completing the assembly you decided that you did not want to go through with the installation because you were unable to procure materials that you wanted to provide, but were unable to locate. So I was stuck with the materials that I had purchased to do your project. I think that had I been allowed to complete the project, I was hired for you would have been satisfied.

The price they quoted was the price I paid. They had high integrity and solved a few problems that developed in the midst of the project and provided accurate explanation of how to proceed. They completed the project on time, on budget and had great communication. Iâ  d hire them again.
