On time and got the work done in the amount of time they said it would take. I had the video inspection done, and it was good to see exactly what they were talking about.

Replaced the wrong part, then quoted me $15 more for the correct part, then came out three days after they said they would be there.

We arrived and replaced a rain cap on the chimney. This was not the cap that he wanted to replace. Just a miscommunication with the office. So we left the new cap on and didnt charge for it. The cap that was supposed to be installed was not a standard rain cap. I spoke with David and told him that that cap would cost $30 more and I would be willing to split the difference due to the inconvenience. He agreed. We ordered the cap and installed it the day after it arrived. We had thought it would be in by Friday. It didnt arrive until Monday. And for the record, we replaced 2 caps and did not charge him anything.
