Albert, Able Chimney specialist came to clean our Chimney and he was extremely professional and an excellent communicator. He explained what he was doing and what he found in a very efficient and easily understood way. He was very respectful and did a great job keeping everything clean. I would Highly Recommend Albert and Able Chimney. The receptionist Kristin does a wonderful job as well. I am thankful that we had this service done by Alert with Able as we learned our fireplace needs a new liner in order to be use, otherwise if we had used our fireplace we would have had a house fire. Thank You.

I have contacted 5 different companies for a quote. Able Chimney was by far the best one! From being responsive to taking their time for a detailed review and then providing a reasonable price estimate, I has a great experience with them. They make sure their customers are well taken care of and their quality of work is up to par. I'd recommend them any day and would/will use them for any future projects!

Great work and nice people. Was quick to respond originally. The only complaint I have is I never heard back or received a quote for updates we talked about.

We always strive to get the estimates sent out within 48 hours of the appointment. Our records showed hers was emailed out the day following her appointment. She was able to look back in her emails and find the estimate we sent.)
