    They did a beautiful job cleaning my retaining walls and my windows. Job was done in a timely manner and with courteous service. I will use them again.

    I ended up spending a lot of money for an end result that I wasn?t happy with. The oil stains in my driveway did not get removed and they were not even lightened to the point I expected, given the conversation I had with the contractor. I don?t like complaining about work done for me, but if I know that I can?t get a job done completely, I won?t do it because I can?t imagine charging someone full price for a job that didn?t get done satisfactorily. Lesson learned, I suppose.

    I'm very sorry that you were unhappy with the result. I did explain before any work was done that the stain would not come out completely, even going so far as to do a small section and send before and after pictures of the results that you could expect a week before the job was booked. The results were in line with the small sample that I had done previously. I also sent you a $50 credit (20% of what was charged for the job) through square the day the work was done as a courtesy since you expressed your unhappiness with the final results.

    Very thorough job. We have storm windows that had to be removed and cleaned inside and out before primary windows could be cleaned so this was not a simple matter. All sparkles now.

    Joel did an excellent job power washing and cleaning our windows. He was professional and polite. I could tell he knew his stuff, and he answered all my questions thoroughly and honestly. I could not be happier with the work and the service.
