They were all very professional and friendly. They took pictures of the vent and I was able to see how bad it had gotten. They also suggested to change my dryer vent hose from the soft tin foil type to a more rigid flexible type and explained why it would be better. I did have them change it but I never felt pressured. I will definitely call them next time I need it cleaned!!!

Jr and Kyle were very professional and courteous. I hired them to sweep my chimney and was impressed with their work. They recommended having my chimney relined and I will hire them again.

Kyle and his team were on time, very thorough and provided great customer service. They kept the house soot free and clean while sweeping the chimney as well as wearing the proper safety gear while on top of the roof. We will be using them again!

Junior and his team were punctual to the job. They did a tuck point job to repair my fireplace. They cleaned up well and left the job site spotless. They were very upfront about the job and kept me informed on issues that did occur or could arise in the future.

New to the area. Recently purchased a home. We wanted to know if our fireplaces were usable. Junior and his team at A Triad Chimney Sweep. Came out to clean and inspect our chimney. They explained what they were doing and looking for throughout the entire process. They gave an estimate before they left. Explaining in detail the necessary steps. To make our fireplaces usable again.
