They did everything they said they would do in a timely manner for a great price. I love the guarantee they offer. My home inspection friend couldn't believe the cost, she expected it to be a lot more based on others she has used. My only issue was I had a lot of spray splattered on porch and house that I had to power wash off. That may be normal, I guess, just didn't know what to expect. Great company, nice professional guys!

Rep who came out said that you wouldn't be able to see where cement was put in walls. I guess I was just naivee on this matter Just don't misrepresent service.

Treated for termites. Workers arrived early after calling to check that early was ok. Workers went right to work and didn't stop till job was finished. Like the 5 year warranty on treatment. Few companies offer such warranty.

To do the actual termite work, the team of 3 men showed up on time. Each knew the work that needed to be done and spent no time getting after their piece of it. They were professional and answered all my questions as I watched a bit and asked them about the process. They did everything they said they would do when we first talked about the job. After completion, Blake thoroughly explained the guarantee and answered the questions I had about ongoing coverage after the guarantee expired. The entire process went smoothly and A Termite and Pest Control was easy to talk to and work with. Completely satisfied.

Experience was very good. Ran a little late to our initial appt. but called me about 1/2 hour early and let me know then showed up as predicted. Answered all my questions at initial inspection and answered all my other questions. Were quick to respond using HomeAdvisor site or phone call. They have not yet done the actual treatment but I expect continued excellent customer service. The price was competitive with other bids I got.
