While he offers a 30 day guarantee on his work after 2 visits and $400+tip later we still don't have a working dryer and he has ghosted us. Of course the ghosting took place after he was a no call, no show for his last appointment. While I understand there was a storm going on and I had ZERO issues with rescheduling he decided to not even bother to let me know he was not coming. I have to reach out to him and hour and 15 minutes past the appointment time to see what was going on. Initially communication was great until he realized he was incapable of repairing our dryer. Beware of his lie of the 30 day guarantee.

Great experience! We had a large build-up on our roof. When AT Professional came out to give an estimate, I knew that I wanted this company for the job because of their approach, positive passion, and estimate. We were not disappointed and would use them again .

Tommy was great! He called me the same day I submitted a service request and scheduled me for the next day. He called before our appointment to confirm and was actually able to arrive earlier than anticipated. He installed a new dishwasher for us and did a great job. None of the fittings from the previous appliance were compatible with our new one, but he figured out a solution for each issue and stayed until the install was complete. He also hauled away our old one all at a very competitive price compared to the install fee quoted by the box store where the appliance was purchased. Heâ s very friendly and knowledgeable! Highly recommend.
