I had to replace the forced air heating furnace. The consultant, Kevin Gulrich,,explained everything clearly, offered several options and quoted the prices for all the options very clearly. The quotes were reasonable. The technicians were very professional , friendly and did the job efficiently. They took great care to keep he entire area clean and even fixed a door hinges in one of the door in my house which had nothing to do with their job. It was purely a friendly gesture which I appreciate very much. I am very satisfied and highly recommend them

Sales rep was honest and gave me options other companies didn’t think of. Products were top quality. Wish install was only 1 day, but it was very hot and they were clean in their work. Very happy with work after having it for the first summer.

After 33 years of solid service, our central air conditioning system failed on one of the hottest nights of the summer. After spending two hot, sticky days in an extremely warm home, we scheduled appointments with several local HVAC installers to see what options they might offer us for a new system. Happily, one of the companies we found through Internet research and ratings on Angie's List and HomeAdvisor was Air Experts. One of their salesmen, Kevin, was at our house the same morning I submitted an online request for a consultation, and he presented my husband and me with several affordable options for our older home. After hearing from the other companies I had contacted, we found that proposal Kevin prepared for us was the most thorough and affordable of all we received. As soon as the final consultation ended, we contacted Kevin and told him that we wanted to proceed with Air Express. He was able to send me all the required paperwork for review and signature that night, and amazingly, he had installers at our house the next morning. The installers worked diligently for many hours to remove our old unit and install a new one; and my husband and I slept quite comfortably last night with our new air conditioner running quietly and efficiently. Thank you, Air Experts!

Everything went great, Kevin the sales rep was great & the ladies on the phone sorry I forgot their names very helpful and pleasant, and Karl who installed the boiler was very professional and explain everything to me he was great, very happy with my experience

They charged $343.00 to replace a $20.00 capacitor. It took less than an hour. I asked for an itemized bill, they refused to give it. I guess they charged $320.00 per hour for labor.

Throughout the entire process, every rep, I dealt with was courteous and professional. The installation tech was knowledgeable and also left the place clean when done. A month later and the new system is working perfectly. I highly recommend this company.

Great Sales Rep Kevin he is the reason why we went with the Company. Install was Good, except They could not get my humidifier to work which was working on my old system, Had tech out a 2nd time could not get it to work. I now have to call another company in to resolve this issue.
