We used this company to install a boiler furnace at our previous home. We also used them to install a new furnace and central air conditioning system at our present home. We continue to use air experts for maintenance of systems.

I hired them for heating and AC maintenance. When they got to my location for the AC maintenance contract work, I got hit with a $2,000.00 repair bill. I was encouraged to look into a new system since this system is 13 years old and now is prone to failure. I would expect my service contractor would want me to have my existing unit to last as long as possible before recommendation of a new system. I expected my unit to last longer than 13 years since I have had this unit service since installation for Heating and AC maintenance for the 13 years. This system should have had minimum repair or replace parts problems. So, I was surprised with this major repair work bill which occur with my AC maintenance check. Hopefully after I get the unit parts replaced, I will not need a new system when I do the winter maintenance check or another major repair bill.
