Reviews
Write a ReviewPros: Answered our request for service quickly. Professional, friendly service. Work was completed in one day (crew did a great job) New unit, with updated features, works great. Cons: sales consultant did not have updated pricing. He did not have business cards. Took 4 days for crew to come out and install new furnace. (Old furnace sprung a leak on the coldest day of the year). Forgot to give us detailed invoice.
Very professional
Very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional
The work hasn't been completed yet
Anthony was professional and took time to explain. I would hire Air Experts for any future work.
The salesman was very courteous and explained what was going to happen. The workers did a good install job and cleaned up after themselves.
We asked for a heat pump that would be quiet and operate at low temperatures. the pump start up was 80 decibels and ran at 70 decibels. Had to turn pump off below 40 degrees. Heat went on and off and never heated the condo. Had to turn system off and use baseboard electric heat. Called several times and was told that I did not have a high end unit!!!! Was also told that the noise was normal. They wouldn?t fix it.
Tech came out on Tuesday to service our furnace and look at duct work. Furnace was working but we could tell there was an issue. The tech told us that the diagnostics told him the furnace was ok but might need work in the future. 36 hours late our furnace stopped working. We called back and had the tech respond back out. They wanted to charge us another $135 service fee. Tech then found an issue with the capacitor and stated it needed to be replaced. Charged us $300 for a $35 part. The tech advised that the blower motor would most likely need to be replaced as well and quoted that at $2,290. 8 hours later our furnace stopped working again. The next day we hired a different company. They came out and advised it would cost $1,000 to replace the same. Before picking up the parts, the company checked and advised everything was covered under the warranty still and replaced the same for $350 in labor costs and service fees. The original tech made no mention of a warranty.
