Response from Company:
After seeing the review we contacted the customer. They told us everything was great, service was friendly, we came on time, they just thought we were going to have a tractor trailer size truck to remove the items from their house. They were Confused on the size of the truck and thought the price was high. We use a 15 yard truck for residential junk removal, and she thought the truck would be bigger.
