A
I hired A+ Junk Removal to tear down a shed and clean out my crawl space. They tore down the shed with no problems. They removed, over a few hours, a lot of junk from the crawl space. I was asked if I wanted the tires removed because removing them might cause a mess because they were in a few inches of water. I told them I wanted all of the tires removed and 14 tires were brought out. Also, there were 13 cement blocks I wanted to be removed. I was told the cement blocks were stuck to the cement floor and could not be removed. Eventually, they finished, I paid them and they left. All good right? Wrong. It was mentioned that possibly I might have a leaking pipe in the crawl space because of all of the water down there, so I recently went down to check the pipes for any leaks. I did not find any pipes leaking, but what I did find very much surprised me. A lot of junk; still remained! There was a bundle of shingles, a large wooden box, dozens of pieces of wood, and yes, even one tire. And the stuck; cement blocks? 11 of the 13 were loose and not stuck to the floor at all. And the two that were stuck only required a few kicks to unstick them. I called A+ to discuss the situation and I left a message with the receptionist for someone to call me back, but of course, I received no call. I did not hire A+ to remove some of the stuff or a lot of the stuff in the crawl space, but all of the stuff. Being told that the cement blocks were unable to be removed because they were stuck to the floor when they were not, leaving a tire when they were asked to remove all of them, and leaving all the remaining stuff is inexcusable as well unprofessional. A bit of advice to A+ Junk Removal and Russ. Do not take a job you are not willing to do properly because you sure did not do me any favors by doing a half-ass job. Also, it is considered bad form to lie to your customers. A+? How about C-.
We literally took you into the basement and showed you the water standing in your crawl space. We had to put towels and tarps down because you did not want wet dirty shoes on your carpet. We showed you the blocks were not coming up and YOU said to leave them. I rate our experience with you as a 0
I would absolutely recommend Aplus junk removal, everyone there is so friendly and made a difficult situation so much easier. Great staff and value.
I’ve used APLUS twice now, and in both cases I was extremely satisfied with the service, staff, and their flexibility when I had a last minute reschedule. Would highly recommend to anyone who needed a lot of junk haul out quickly and efficiently.
