Similar to some of the other 5 star reviews. I was impressed right from the first contact, which was prompt and respectful. Russ confirmed our appointment and called to notify that he would be a little late. And it was just a little. Russ and his employee John were polite, efficient, and affable. Would definitely recommed this business. I used them for hauling heavy things from the basement. I found out that they have a gutter cleaning service, and I would hire them in 2019. Thank you A-Plus.

They called, spoke with me and gave me an estimate of the cost of the work. Russ, the owner, called to let me know they were running late and gave me an estimated time of arrival (ETA). He called me when they were 15 minutes out. Russ had an assistant and they had the items moved out very quickly, about 15 minutes from start to finish. I'd absolutely hire them again and have highly recommended them to friends and family.
