This pool service turned the heater to my pool on causing my bill to go from $120 to $323! Then to make the situation right they offered a free month of service ($150) and to clean my filters. Every time they would come they would mess with the vacuum so it wouldn?t turn on or clean. They did not use the proper amount of chemicals causing algae to grow. I decided to get a quote from another pool service company and had them check the filters. They took photos and said the filters haven?t been cleaned for at least 9 months when my current company was supposed to clean them, said they would and then never did. When I brought this up to the owner he said he couldn?t clean the filters. I asked to be refunded for the remaining balance of what they owed and he would not do so. I then asked to cut ties and be refunded for the following week of service that I already paid for. They not only did not refund me but they never completed the service either. Do not go to them. They are scam artist and caused more issues for my pool not being maintained during the hottest days of summer. There?s an abundance of algae now that will cost more to get rid of. I?m truly so pissed at the way this company handled the situation and ripped me off, promised to fix the issue then said NOTHING, having me believe I was compensated. I will be going to the better business bureau as well.

This service was great with Daniel as my service guy. However they fired him for no reason. The owner serviced my pool. Didn't vacuum the pool. There was rocks and debris left in the skimming basket. He made me put my dogs in the house. Tried to skip out on pool service.

Totally unreliable! They arrive whenever they want! If you will not give them a key to your gate or refuse to leave it open, they will not come. They adamantly refuse to give a 2 second, heads up call! The boss, Abner, did not return my 2 calls and a text from a friend, who also hired him last year. Hire a reliable company who will happily give you a heads up call, so you can plan your day. Abner and Daniel have no respect for the time of their customers; if you will not agree to leave your gate open, which opens you up to a law suit, if a child drowns in your pool, and reduces your security with respect to being robbed. If you assuage their absurd demand, and you get robbed, your insurance company will definitely deny your claim, based on CONTRIBUTORY NEGLIGENCE. If you get sued because a child drowns in your pool, you are going to lose! Do you think they care? They will say: YOU DID NOT HAVE TO LISTEN TO US, ANAA could not care less about putting you at real risk or your time! All because they are too lazy to give a 2 second heads up call. Protect yourself from the capricious and moronic demands of total losers! There are plenty of reputable pool cleaning companies who will show you even a modicum of concern for your welfare, security and time! Dr, David Satz

David you were never a client , your neighbor asked us to service your pool and we tried. You standing up next to the techs all the time telling them you are a doctor not letting them do their work does not help. Because of you we stopped servicing Evelyn . We have a good reputation with people who actually partners with our techs and respect them. My tech and I are happy to do not service your pool and would warn other Pool companies to do it . If you think that humiliating Pool drivers is a big accomplishment you are wrong and definitely do not want to service your pool , by the way we serviced it twice and you didnÂ’t even paid.

I paid him on time and he worked for me for a year. Without any warning and for no reason he didnt come and didnt call. When I called the service person Allen, he said -didnt you get someone else yet? As so, I should have known he wasnt coming. Only hire this company if you want to be abandoned after faithfully paying.

Abner was very responsive and professional in giving information and answering questions. He knows what customer service means and was very communicative. Alan actually cleaned the pool and was also very professional and courteous. Iâ ve only had one service so far, but Iâ m already impressed.
