After confirming a day, date. Oct. 1, and time 8 am to trim out my Japanese plum tree (thundercloud) with ALZ, he did not come to do the job. I called at 9:30 am, thinking that traffic or whatever had delayed him, although no call to explain, he said he would double-check his schedule and call me back. HE NEVER DID. My daughter is visiting from Colorado so my planning for the day revolved around the scheduled work. Needless to say, I am very disappointed with my first experience using Home Advisor and will probably rely on more local advertisers of services in my area in the future.

The guys did a fantastic job! Very professional and real quick. Had 2 trees removed and 6 limbs cut down. From beginning to end nothing but satisfaction. Definitely would recommend them. I plan on getting a couple more trees removed and possibly some landscaping donenext year from them.

5 Sycamore Maples in bad condition removed. These guys were amazing, from setup to cleanup the crew never stopped. Excellent work. I definitely recommend ALZ tree services.
