Contractor and crew were very professional, friendy, thorough, answered all my questions and concerns, always had our best interest at heart, proactive to make sure they maintained integrity of their work, educated us as to how to prevent future repairs and/or damage, very strong work ethic, fair prices. Very quick turn-around and response time, completed our repair work Very quickly. While doing our repair the contractor and crew noticed another potential problem with our brickwork on our facade of the house. They cautioned us that this should be repaired and repointed asap , especially with cold temperatures and winter approaching, to prevent future damage to our foundation because it wasn't sealed properly. At our request they were able to complete that additional repair which was completely unexpected and unplanned. My husband and I are very happy with all the Mason work that the did. We will happily refer them to anyone and further discuss our experience with future potential customers.
