The stonework around the entryway to our home was badly cracked as the front steps had settled. They knocked out the cracked blocks, made forms, and pored new blocks around the columns. They even took a chip of paint off the steps so they could match the paint. All without even being asked and still coming in as the cheapest estimate. Even more impressive, they spotted a crack in the foundation on the other side of the house and patched it beautifully, giving me a bargain basement price since they were already there. .My wife and I are extremely pleased with these masons artistry, affordability, and personal integrity.

Paul and his team are very professional, thorough, and efficient. The work to repair the chimney and garage concrete were completed in a timely manner and each area was cleaned up spotlessly. Paul provided before and after photos of the chimney so I could actually see the work they did. I would use the services of AI Developers again based on the quality and timeliness of this home repair project.

I contacted several masons and basement contractors about repairing my fieldstone foundation. One set me up with an appointment for an estimate in DECEMBER! One missed the appointment we had and I haven't heard anything since. And one never responded. AI Developers called me on Thursday after receiving a referral from Angi.com and came out that same afternoon, provided a solid estimate, and told me they could do the job shortly. They called back the next day (Friday) and agreed to come on Sunday. They came and finished the work on Sunday. Very professional, excellent work, timely execution. AI is focused on customer service, transparency, and efficiency. I highly recommend them and will use them again for any stone or concrete work I have in the future. Jaimie D.

This company went beyond my expectations on all counts. The work was done with great care, it was done in a timely fashion, and the workmen behaved in a very professional manner. But above all, I want to praise the ownerâ s honesty. He performed all that was necessary to effect a solid repair. He significantly underbid two other contractors who insisted that on work that would have enriched them without providing me any additional value. If I could award him 6 stars, I would do so with no hesitation.

After completing a prior project for me, I hired them again to repair and update my walkway leading to the front porch they had previously repaired. It was another great experience. Professional and transparent in all communication. Fantastic, quality work in a timely fashion. Will hire them again and again.
