Noah?s crew damaged my home?s siding in four separate places with a weed wacker during routine service. I obtained a $300 repair estimate and reached out to him to resolve the issue directly and professionally. Instead of taking responsibility or even responding, I was completely ignored. Accidents happen. What matters is how a business handles them. In this case, there was zero accountability and zero communication. Being forced to consider small claims court over $300 says everything you need to know about how this company handles mistakes. If you value your property and expect professionalism, I would strongly reconsider hiring this company.
