"Kevin from LeafFilter came out to inspect my gutters. He was very knowledgeable, and informed me about the system I had, and that they were unable to service it if I wanted to keep my warranty. He also helped me solve a solution for a small job but big problem I had with one downspout. He also said that job was too small for most gutter companies, and recommended that I find a handyman to help me out. It was a breath of fresh air to have an honest, knowledgeable rep come help me out. I will consider LeafFilter in the future if I need gutter replacement base on this customer service experience."

"Wally contacted me within a few hours of my Home Advisor inquiry and showed up the same day to provide an estimate. My home is a larger two-story so Wally provided a no-pressure upgrade estimate as well - a 6” gutter vs. 5”, which is really the ideal size needed to handle the larger volume of rain water with two-story homes. I elected to go with the 6” based on Wally’s advice and simple common sense on my end. I spoke to Wally on the phone and becasue I felt so comfortable with the level of professionalism, I hired them and within two days the old gutters were gone and the new gutters were up. "I initially wanted to hire this company to install gutter guards. They looked at the gutters and told me they were unnecessary because I have no trees around the house at all. Such honesty! SO I hired them to clean and inspect the gutters and fix multiple leaks. They did and during the detailed inspection found a problem with the way the roof shingles were installed on one side of the patio several years ago. The wood on the patio roof was rotting out. I called the roofing company and they fixed the shingles. So thanks to All American Gutters I now have functional, clean gutters and the rain is properly draining into the gutters. Very happy.
