Customer service was terrific, communications was outstanding. High quality roof and installation was completed in one day. Previous roofer took two days. Cleanup was perfect. No loose ends. No complaints. Totally happy with the company. Easy to see why ACI Exteriors is rated number one.

We thought we did our due diligence, but apparently not. At almost every turn we found ourselves either lied to by the owner, Shawn Gaffney, or ignored by him. It was delay, delay, delay. This was accompanied by unskilled, non-english speaking labor. I wont go into all the details, but suffice it to say we signed the contract in August 2024 for roof, 2 skylights, new gutter guards and repair of a 3' x 2' facia. The roof was done by the end of August and the remaining work took until December to complete. The entire experience was a litany of apologies and lies supplied by Shawn. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a roofer. Several times I sent the workers home and told Shawn not to send them back because they had no idea what they were doing (mainly on the gutter guards). The photos are a small example of the shoddy workmanship ACI tried to get away with. I feel bad for anyone who trusts this contractor.

They engaged quickly, streamlined the process, and made everything easy. The team did great work, were professional and polite from start to finish.

We had a serious problem in our attic and needed specific ventilation on the roof in order to resolve it. Shawn came over and looked at it and I explained the attic situation. He understood exactly what we needed, ACI came and installed a new roof with ventilation and we are very satisfied and they did a fine job...

Really excellent experience with ACI, I highly recommend them. Joe Masters was personable, honest and flexible, really made the process simple on my end. Communication was excellent. I needed a new roof, but also had fascia damage. Roof went on first, which revealed the extent of the fascia rot and that job was moved up. Within four days I had a new roof, new fascia and soffiting, and new gutters. Yard was clean, you could barely tell anyone had been there. Joe came by to check every day to make sure things were going well and to answer any questions I had. Pricing was very reasonable and Joe was upfront about any possible hidden costs. There were no surprises. I couldn't be happier with the work and the end result and will be recommending Joe and ACI to everyone I know. Thank you, ACI!

They stayed until the work was completed, even though there was rain. They cleaned up the yard after the roof was finished and came back the next day to check on the roof and the clean-up.

We were very happy with the way they did the job, cleaned up and were gone in one day.
