Michael and his technician were very prompt, very helpful, and very accommodating. It was late in the day, and I made an attempt to get my electrical issues resolved the same day (because problems could potentially worsen) - Michael, without hesitation, coordinated to have his technician meet with me asap! Technician did a great job analyzing and fixing the problem. Excellent customer service! Will definitely hire for future needs.

Michael promptly responded to my request, showed up on time, gave me an honest evaluation and quoted me a reasonable price. What a relief after initially interviewing an electrician who never showed up, nor responded to my email asking where he was an hour after he was to show up for the appointment; then another electrician who wanted to do more work than was necessary which would have cost 3 times what Michael charged me! After I hired Michael, he sent Edward, his associate to do the work. I was equally impressed with Edward, as he too was very professional and friendly, did a great job. AC Electric restored my trust in contractors available through Home Advisor, after an additional bad experience with a furnace installer. The furnace installer made substantial mistakes, but refused to take responsibility, claiming that PG&E didn't know what they were doing by connecting a wire that went unnoticed. PG&E finally stopped the furnace from overheating, which was straining unable to emit air through the vents-they saved the furnace and possibly my house; nor would he acknowledge that he forgot to turn the gas to the water heater back on after installing the furnace, which we found after the concerned tenant complained-not to mention his arrogant attitude! If I ever have trouble with the furnace, I'll call someone else-never him again! Thank you, AC Electric! Sandra G Marin County
