We hired Allen for a project in 2 of the bedrooms in our home. Our home is older and needed a bit of work to both the interior and exterior walls of the bedrooms. Many areas needed patch work and both bedrooms repainted, along with new baseboards. We are so impressed with how the bedrooms turned out after his services. Allen was attentive, kind and available whenever we had questions or request. We have recommended Allen to many of our friends and neighbors in the Three Oaks community.

Allan (AB Construction) won the painting job competing with other contractors because offering by himself to repair flooring defect in bedroom. It was written in the Contract. House was empty after tenant left. Easy painting job - walls. He promised to finish job in one day. First, he sent unexperienced subcontractor (or just some unqualified person) to start. He hardly accomplished "something " (maybe 20%) Allen by himself commented: "he was not" good. He fired him. After calling him almost daily - just promises regarding completing painting and repairing floor defect. With approximately 10 days delay he finished painting, still did not repair flooring defect. He was full of excuses and promises regarding deadline to do it. He was always "very sorry". I paid him full contractual price after painting was done. He promised to finish flooring defect "first thing in the morning." We arrived day after to check. His equipment was gone. He deserted the job unfinished letting me pay for it.

Had our kitchen tile replaced by AB Construction. Very professional work and we are extremely happy with the finished product.

Allen was wonderful to work with. We needed his help after hurricane Helene and were so worried about finding the right person to help us out with clean out/ rebuilding as we have heard so many nightmare contracting stories. We had a huge mess on our hands and needed to completely tear everything out and rebuild. It was a daunting job to say the least. From the moment we hired Allen- he made everything feel so easy. From the clean out to the rebuild he worked so quickly and tirelessly to ensure our home is restored to even better than before the storm.
