"I had carpet installed first and decided to go with empire. I was nervous about all the mixed reviews but my experience was great. I was in a crunch to get all the carpet replaced before my furniture was set to be delivered, I had 7 days to get it done. I scheduled the initial appt on a Saturday which was easy, the rep told me what to expect when the agent came out. The actual agent was very friendly and had all the samples and padding with him. I was kind of shocked how simple it was to pick out everything. The prices were reasonable and my install was set up 4 days later. I got status/progress calls from everyone involved and my 2 installers were great. There were a few nails left around the edges by my sliding glass door but overall I love my carpet. The color and the quality. I’ll return for my tile install next."

"I had a travertine backsplash installed after removal of my old backsplash. They had to replace all of the drywall, and I learned that the builder never secured the electrical outlets on part of my wall, so Nicolas made sure that he secured the outlets prior to installing the drywall. All I can say is now I have an absolutely beautiful backsplash, impeccably installed! They were on time, cleaned up after the job was finished, and are coming back to apply a second coat of sealant in a week, all part of the quoted price, which was extremely reasonable :-). I highly recommend them!"

He arrived promptly and the agreed time and started unloading tools from his van. I said I thought he was just coming to do an estimate, and he replied that he would repair the carpet during that business. After looking at the problems, he quoted a very reasonable price for the work, and he was finished an hour later. I recommend Adams Installations without reservation."

The subcontractors were excellent, and the slight problems that occurred were corrected immediately. Itâ s been approximately 10 months since the remodel and a leak occurred in the bathroom vanity main water hot & cold valves.
