Over a month ago we performed a repair on Nora s roof. She called me yesterday to say that there was a leak. I said we would look at it on Monday. Then, I find out that Nora posted a 1.0 review on HomeAdvisor today!!! Too bad there is not a website that rates homeowners. This is unfair. I want customers to give contractors a bad review when they deserve one. We deserve a chance to make it right before someone posts a negative review. Shame on you. I will look at this on Monday.

They were very professional and cleaned everything up. The leak is gone and I requested them to come out again and check it and they did with no problem. I was very satisfied with the job and would recommend them.

I think that it is unfair to post a negative review without giving the contractor an opportunity to respond. We work very hard to exceed our customer s expectations. Would like to take a minute to thank Mr. Sidney Cowan and Mr. Amancio Lopez from ABC Roofing for their GREAT assistance in the repairing of our roof. From the initial coordination, updates and follow up, Sidney was there to ensure that we had a worry free experience. Amancio and his team were always on time, courteous, professional and went the extra mile to educate us on what they were doing to ensure we were satisfied with the work being performed. The repair team's attention to detail during preparation, the repair and finally the clean up was "Outstanding ". Their prices are very competitive with other companies and we would definitely recommend them for your consideration.

This was a small repair, took roofer about 20min. I understand he had to climb high but wanted $400.00 which I felt was just to high for this repair. I did ask for a better price and he did come down, but just felt like he was trying to take advantage of me. The owner was fast and very professional in getting his man out to the house so I would use this company again.
