Excellent quote details and assurance of work to be preformed, The quality of the work remains to be seen with the next heavy rain, but the guarantee of leaks makes me feel confident in the work done. I was provided with "after" photos and the changes made look very good. I was given a different quote for less money but had a much less guarantee of work and I didn't feel as confident in the process. Sidney Cowan did a great job for us.

This group is superb! They did EVERYTHING just like we discussed! If you need decking or roofing; I would not hesitate to use them again! Amencio, the foreman is a true professional. And Sidney, the owner, was great at getting back to me within minutes. I gave them 5 stars on everything!

We had a leak on a low pitch roof that was leaking at the flashing point between the enclosed porch and add-on porch. Sidneyâ s quoted to repair the flashing as is asked. When the job started, they discovered that the OSB board underneath was disintegrating and showing signs of water collection and decay. The quote more tripled but I knew that they were repairing it the right way. Sidney, the project coordinator, was professional throughout and communicated at all stages in a timely manner. Manuel, the foreman, was a joy to work with. He conferred with me when the roof was peeled back on what we discovered and how to proceed. He saw that the bathroom exhaust duct was damaged and disconnected and he climbed into our attic to replace it with new ducting I purchased and connect it before the new plywood was put down. These are good people. I would do business with them again. If I work with Sidney again, I will request Manuel as the on-site project foreman.

They took a look at the roof told me what they recommended, came back over the weekend with materials and did a great job.
