I did not get a written list of all the work that was done. The phone estimate was $1500 the cost was $8500. He did have to haul away twice as much concrete as he thought(it was 8" thick.instead of 4") the work is satisfactory and looks good.

Customer did get a written contract with scope of work . Also besides removing twice as much concrete , the original area quadrupled in size. These were just some of the reasons price was increased.
