Horrible unprofessional and time wasting experience. Edison reached out to bid for my project to install a cat door, I accepted his quote when we spoke on the phone on 2/5/22. We agreed that I had order the door from the store and call him to schedule installation the following week. Upon receiving the door on 2/9/22, I texted Edison and offered a couple of my availability options on 2/10 and 2/11; he responded citing his availability only on 2/13 or 2/14, so I settled for 2/14. That was the last I heard from Edison, who would not even respond to my inquiring text on the day of, 2/14/22. I decided to wait another week just in case something unexpected had arisen on his side but it is been over a week and not even a courtesy text from him or the company. If you are looking for a reliable handyman service that does not lead you on and then leave you hanging after investing in parts and time, AAA Handyman Service IS NOT IT.
