I added this appointment due to the reviews, it was easy to navigate and find someone for the job needed. I was in need of a handyman that can accomplish multiple jobs, small jobs around my home. I was contacted in a timely manner via phone, email, and text. It was great. Where things fell apart was after my appointment was set. The gentlemen had agreed that he would show up a certain time. I took time off work to handle this, the time frame came in went and the guy was a no show. He then called, text and emailed that he was trying to call. I then returned his call and he was on his way to another job and attempting to reschedule me. I felt that was a very poor experience that I could have been avoided. Poor communication and lack follow through. Thanks.
