Will gave a fair estimate and fully explained all aspects of the process. When I excepted the offer he was able to get the equipment and install the new systems in a very timely manner. All work was completed on time and exactly how it was explained. We are completely satisfied with this process and our new worry free heating and cooling system.

I needed a hot water replacement fast for a family of 6. Will answered the phone and immediately helped us get the replacement we needed. Will is upfront about pricing and costs and does not push unnecessary or pricey servicing contracts. The customer service is exceptional, we will be using them for our future heating and cooling needs.

Not only did I receive a call back in less than 10 minutes when calling after hours, it was the owner who called me back. I was offered an appointment first thing in the morning the very next day or an after hours visit that night. I decided to do the morning appointment and Will was there first thing. He was able to assess and fix my problem in less than 30 minutes and was very transparent and affordable on pricing, and was a good with communication. A-1 Heating and Cooling will now be our HVAC care takers going forward!

Excellent work. As a landlord, I needed to replace a furnace last year. Will, at A-1 Heating & Cooling came and gave me great advice. I replaced the gas/radiator furnace, furnace was great, no issues at all. This spring, I decided to replace my furnace as well since it was 30 yrs old. Job was finished within 6 hrs, radiators bled, old furnace removed, another great job. Cant say enough about this company…..the owner actually answers the phone!

Another local company dismantled my furnace on annual checkup and caused damage. They covered it up by telling me there was a crack and water was leaking. They quoted $950 with the goal all along to replace an 8 year-old furnace. I made an appt w A-1; they saw the damage right away - and figured how to make the repair. You see the part is no longer available, but there was an alternate way to fix the damage. Highly recommend. A-1.

My furnace went out in the middle of the night. I called Will he was over in less than half hour. He looked at furnace knew exactly what to do and had the furnace in asap. His price was extremely fair. He and his assistant are very personably. You can’t go wrong he’s terrific

Very knowledgeable, does not upsell unnecessary services, is available to answer any questions before and after the job is complete. I have had A1 do a few jobs at my house and most recently at my Mom's house, highly recommend Will and his team! They leave the job clean and complete!
