Customer service was fine. I was told ny a friend after the installation of new sensors. I could have bought them on Amazon for kess than $40.00 I paid $197.00. Total ripoff.

They cannot keep an appointment. I scheduled appointments 3 times and they no-showed 3 times. First time was overbooked, second time they scheduled me during their staff meeting, third time they called and said they would be there in 15 minutes, 45 minutes later no one was there and they were not answering their phone. Save your time and go somewhere else.

They were responsive, knowledgeable, and did the service right away.

my spring broke in the middle of the night and A1 was able to have a technician at my house by 8am. Zach was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and quick in replacing the spring and the worn cables. He offered advice, maintenance tips, and even swept out my entire garage when he was done. He never tried upselling me, but did explain why fancier equipment is used, but unnecessary for a door my size. Amazing experience! Was worth every penny to have it done so quickly and so well by such a great technician.

I received a text when Jesus was on his way. He explained everything and all of our options and pricing. He did a 29 point inspection. Once again, gave us upfront prices. Fortunately he was able to fix the problem and get the new remotes working even though our Genie motor is very old.
