The owner called to let me know the crew would arrive in approximately 45 minutes and they showed up on time and got right to work. Jacob, the owner and I met to discuss options for additional work, which I agreed to. They started vacuuming up the old insulation and during the process I was shown pictures of the clean attic floor and informed what room they would be working on next. They sealed around all the openings in the attic to the HVAC vents, plumbing pipes, etc. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Once the job was complete and new insulation blown the crew cleaned up and loose debris in the garage and driveway. I am happy with the crew and their work.

Jacob, the owner of 53 Air & Power, LLC arrived early (after calling) to provide an estimate of the work required to allow me to safely use my fireplace. He was professional, clearly explained what work was required, and how much it would cost. He came prepared to complete the repairs the same day and did so. He and the crew answered my questions clearly, worked quickly, and cleaned the work area well. I would definitely use them again for any needed repairs.

I will review the value for the money after a full heating cooling season. I'm happy to have the 28 year old (orinional) dirty, compressed Rockwool gone, as well as having the major air intrusion items sealed. Pricing, in my view, was very reasonable. Jacob and crew are top notch. On time, work at a steady productive pace, open to any question or suggestion, clean up as the go along, clean up when they're finished
