We recently replaced our existing deck using 24x7 Deck Builders. Our experience with the company was nothing short of phenomenal. Initially, our deck was in a state of disrepair and I had planned on having a company out to replace the decking with composite. It was very easy to set up a meeting at our home with 24x7 Deck Builders' representative (Jacob Funkhouser). I informed him of the scope of the work I wanted completed and it was very clear that what I had budgeted was discordant with what the job what entail. What happened next was what I believe sets this company apart from the rest. Jacob spent nearly an hour with us walking over the deck and informing us of what needed to be completed to not only make our deck safe, but to bring it up to code with local and state ordinances. I could tell he was legitimately concerned about the safety of my family. At no point did I feel he was trying to upsell me on any improvements. Jacob provided me with several bids after several days, each specifically offering different options to make the deck safe, beautiful, and affordable. After some back and forth, I was left with no doubt that I trusted this company and they were the only company I would proceed with to complete our project. It was at this point I had the opportunity to meet the leader of 24x7 Deck Builders, Angel Romero. Angel is so talented and knowledgeable about the entire deck building process. He was willing to spend considerable time just brainstorming ideas for design and construction. Angel is perhaps the most kind and humble businessman and contractor, perhaps to a fault. Throughout the summer, we were informed continuously when construction would start on the deck. This summer was quite rainy and deadlines were pushed back a bit, but we were never uninformed about when things would likely start. Once construction began the team was prompt and efficient. I am a perfectionist and the quality of the work was impeccable. The product offerings (Deckorators Composite Decking, Westbury railings) are top of the line and high quality. The finished product was beyond our wildest dreams and I still cannot believe I get to enjoy this deck for years to come. The prices offered by Angel and his company are well within reason and much more reasonable than numerous competitors. Angel even installed the most beautiful lighting on the steps and railings (which I have tried to show in the pictures). All in all, you cannot go wrong working with this extraordinary contractor and business. We have already talked about additional home improvements in the spring (patio improvements/concrete work, under deck rain system) and we have no doubt we will work with 24x7 Deck Builders to complete this work.

Our experience with 24x7 DeckBuilders was exceptional. Our experience began with the owner, Angel giving us an estimate for a rebuild of our deck. Angel promised to begin the end of August or beginning of September. He was right on time and promised to complete the job in 3-4 days, which he did. The tear down was quick and all materials were hauled away from the property. He had a team of 2-4 employees working at various times. I have construction experience and kept thinking to myself, these guys are building a deck, not a Swiss watch! They measured and measured again ensuring everything was square and in alignment. We experienced very polite and friendly staff and it was a pleasure having them around for the four days. I strongly encourage you to hire them for a premier job.

***We will also be using this amazing company to put up a new fence and hopefully a new deck soon! Honestly a one stop shop for quality work. My wife and I recently had our gutters, fascia, and soffits redone, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The team was incredibly professional and attentive to detail. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the areas clean after completing the job. The new gutters are perfectly aligned. The fascia and soffits look fantastic and have given my house a fresh, updated appearance. Overall, the quality of work exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of exterior home improvements.
