The Grout Medic of Manhattan

I had an excellent experience with shower tile repair/replacement and re-grout. Grout Medic is extremely organized and communicative. And the gentleman who did the work was personable, efficient, and tidy. Thank you!

Grout Medic did a great job. They worked quietly, efficiently and hard. The man who did the work was very polite and the results look excellent. He also cleaned up afterwards and we are very happy to have chosen this company.

These guys were great from beginning to end. Fair pricing, great communication, did exactly what they said they would, excellent follow up. Pretty much everything you rarely see these days…

They were insightful in identifying the issue and when the work was done, it was very professional. They did a great job and once finished, cleaned up beautifully.

The pictures are the results of the service. The grout and caulking work were fine, but their services all come with a steam cleaning, which left white "dripping" stains on the shower wall, and literal holes in the floor! First they claimed that the holes were the result of dirt and debris being removed in the cleaning...as though the floor was supposed to look this way when clean. Then, they said it was simply a result of the floor being in "bad shape." We didn't hire them for the steam cleaning, and it will cost thousands to undo this obvious damage to the floor. They discounted us 100 bucks. Stay away.

Surprisingly terrible. Juan was the nicest guy during consultation which is why we ended up going with the Grout Medic. But after we got started, he was unhinged rude & angry over the phone and passive aggressive & unprofessional over email. It was quite surprising. Regarding the work done, it was done by one guy for 2 days to replace some of grout & reseal in the bathroom. The bathroom floor grout was done in a wrong color, and it was done with poor quality. Some areas were thicker than others and you can see brush marks. Some joints that should have been done were missed as were some areas where the old grout clearly was still there as there were patches of yellow & grey. When I notified Juan of these, there was no acknowledgment or apology that the work was not done correctly, rather he was just passive aggressive and emailing as if he was texting. There was some painful back and forth. The technician was sent to fix & complete areas that were not fully done. Not worth the hassle.

The company was excellent. The technician was professional clean and did my job very well at a very reasonable price. In fact I was getting quotes that were double triple what I was charged so I thought for the money I got really good service thank you medic Manhattan I would definitely recommend you to others.
