Rick was extremely professional from the first time he answered my call. We changed our plans a couple of times before the work began, and he was always patient and treated us with respect, as the family that needs to be happy with our final decision. There is no project we wouldn't entrust to him and his team of quality professionals with.

Rick came out for just an estimate originally knowing that I was working with the original construction company to repair work. That day he took his time, asked questions, did a through inspection and even stayed to talk with my original builder. Over the course of 5 months he came out multiple times to assist me by providing his expertise to the builders. His dedication, not only helped me but he ended up being my contractor since the original company finally gave in and allowed me to have the work done right. Rick did an excellent job, he did not skip corners and when he found additional issues he told me about them with a plan already in place. In the end he did work on the outside of my home for drainage issues, sealed a large hole that was allowing water into the home, mold remediation in the kitchen, drywall replacement, painting, installed appliances, sealed leaky areas of a sliding glass door, and many other things. He also installed a tile backsplash in my kitchen and it looks great. He is also attentive to detail, something that is needed in this profession. No issues there. Rick is a "get the job done right the first time" type of guy and that has been something I haven't seen with the other contractors I worked with. Most want to do the job for as much money as I will pay and then give minimal effort to get the job done. Rick is not like that. He went above and beyond what my expectations were and I couldn't be happier. He will definitely be my first call from here on out whenever I need work done on my home.

They showed up when they were scheduled, completed the work in a timely manner and worked professionally. I was left with a feeling of 100% confidence in the job which they performed. Lastly, the price which was quoted was fair and never deviated from the original quote. This quality of work is rarely seen these days.
