    We have an older house, and there were certain things we wanted to preserve that took extra time and effort to do. The professionals worked to accommodate our requests, we were very pleased with his work. We appreciated the time the professional took to discuss different options with us, and the follow up after the project was completed.

    We had a flood damage our entire basement and cause major damage. Unfortunately, we were out of town when it happened and by the time the damage was discovered, we had a terrible mold problem on top of the flood damage. I contacted Rick Napolitano and he immediately went out to assess the situation. From day one, he was very friendly and I could tell he was extremely knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. I'm so relieved that we hired his company to take on the repairs and mold mitigation. Due to the extent of damage, the work did take several weeks, but he kept me notified every step of the way. As an out-of-state homeowner, it was very stressful for me to deal with this from afar, but knowing that Mr. Napolitano was on it made it so much easier for us. I can't thank him enough. I would not hesitate to recommend him (very highly) for anyone needing any kind of work on their home.
