Steve was helpful and willing to work with the system already in place in order to bring it up to code/safety and work best for the plans I have for my home.

Obviously I'd prefer we didn't need mitigation, but Steve and Jessie did a great job finding a way to make it as unobtrusive as possible. They worked quickly and professionally and explained the whole process.

Steve & his co-worker did and excellent job! Steve was very professional, and was willing to work WITH me the homeowner to get the best possible outcome. When the unfortunate circumstances required a second system to be added Steve gave me an extremely reasonable quote for the second system and provided a guarantee not to exceed a maximum cost (which he was under by the way). Very happy with the results an am confident in the long term effectivity of the system. Communication was swift and complete. Could not be happier!!
