"We are extremely pleased with West Shore Home, from start to finish! They replaced 20+ windows in an old house where no two windows had the same measurements, and replaced an entrance door with storm door. They did an outstanding job! The work crew (Aaron T., Josh B., Cory A., et al.) showed up early enough each day to be ready to START work promptly at 8-am. They were always very professional and courteous. They wiped their feet on my welcome mat and always tidied things up inside and around the house at the end of each day! I appreciate seeing little things like that. Also, I only saw the work crew use their cell phones while on their break which was a welcome sight (unlike the non-WSH folks who installed my motherâ s new windows where each guy worked one-handed much of the time because they were all on their cell phones). The WSH crew worked very well together and continued to be diligent in the face of some unforeseen â old houseâ snags that had appeared along the way. The crew adapted well to these challenges and WSH (thank you, Matthew M.!) worked to resolve all concerns to our satisfaction. We love our new windows and wish we had WSH do this project for us a lot sooner. They may be a little more expensive than other window-installers, but it is worth it IMO to pay more to get a high-quality job done right the first time, with a properly trained and experienced work crew and project manager (shoutout to Tina!) who are always respectful and conscientious while in our home."

"Tony Ferrell does a great job. Not only did he travel all the way to Greeneville for this project but he sacrificed more time than the job should've taken. First he removed my waterheater which was in a tight compartment space ( mobile home) and took it back to Lowes for me to be replaced ( was still under warranty) but stayed there with me while I had to deal with Lowes customer service over replacement. We were actually there 3 1/2 to 4 hours before we finally got a new water heater. Which Tony hauled back to my home and installed. He never complained, didn't leave a mess in my house, and did a wonderful job. Although I was stressed out over the issues I had with Lowes and the time that we had spent there I was still grateful for Tony seeing this job thru for me. "this was a pretty big project 'to me' and didn't really know what to expect. I usually do all my projects myself; however, sometimes it's better to get outside help and forget the frustration.!!! my first contact was with Terry at the office and he walked me through the whole procedure and let me know how things would progress. set up an appointment time and had two workers (Andrew and Kevin) on the job and on time.! Andrew got the information on what I wanted done and he and Kevin dug right in. I periodically watched them to see what they were doing and they kept things running smoothly. Awesome manners, awesome business ethics, AND awesome work.!! sometimes, it is GOOD to let some one come in and handle the stress. this job probably would have taken ME two or three days and they had it done and all the mess cleaned up in one day. I talked to them about some other projects that I have on the back burner and it'll be no problem now. about cost - this is a project that I MIGHT could've done but at what price and what hassle.? this project came in at about what I had expected and was completed WAY faster than I could have done it.!
