Write a ReviewThis company has been done a great job of expressing sales first and customer service second. I have had an issue for nearing 6 months that Reece in text explained was getting covered under warranty and would let me know when parts would arrive. Prior to the sale he was attentive, answered phone calls, returned text messages to continue to display customer service and finalize everything to ensure he got paid. Since then it has been voicemails, no returned calls or text message. When I call the office it goes straight to voicemail (assuming they see my name on the caller id). In less than a years time, half the windows they contracted out will not lock when closed, as well the original issue is still not fixed. Only have I received a text from him when was when I explained I was texting him to further document his lack of response to me reaching out to him. Great lip service at the beginning with a lack luster follow up. I just want the issue that was explained to me that would be fixed. To be fixed.
NOW Remodeling doesn't do the work. They hire subcontractors who do the work for them. The subcontractors did a great job. NOW didn't complete the work when they promised. They took 7 months to get it done when they promised 2 months. DON'T HIRE THEM. They asked for more money after the job was done for a bogus change order that we didn't agree to. OVERPRICED
Is there installers where but what are you doing here on time but but the shingles showed up 2 weeks ahead of time and and it was hard to get in touch with the project manager when the shingles showed up and after the installers were here they left a really big mess and big mess and the project manager came to clean it up And it still wasn't cleaned up very good And they told me that they were going to replace replace a gutter on the back of my house that was there when they came and it still hasn't been replaced
At first I was ready to drop them and find another company as I was promised that my new windows would be installed by October 2021 December came around and no windows. I had called the production manager several times and got no response. Then I called the salesman and he stated that he no longer worked for the company and that he had left due to lack of communication from the manager however he would pass the word around and see what he could find out. Then I had called again in January and they were waiting for delivery from the manufacturer. At that time I was also informed that the manager had been let go and that the sales person had taken over the position. Window came in in February and I was informed that they were in and that the installation crew had been notified and that they would call me and set an appointment. The crew called and set the appointment for March 10th. On March 10th they showed up and explained to me what they would do and went to work. It took 3 days instead of 2 to complete the job due to having mixed matched windows currently in the home and some took more work than others. When the work was completed all the windows looked like original installation and things were great and the new manager came out the next day to make sure that everything was OK and that I was satisfied with the job. So I would now recommend them to people looking to have improvements to their home now remodeling does a great job

They were excellent to work with for our new windows and front door. We hung in there with them because Covid and problems of manufacturing that they didn't have any control over. Everyone we spoke with was cordial and helpful. Brendan and the salesman were great. The shining stars were Duffy and Sadie who came in and installed everything. It was evident they were very professional and knew how to do it well. We already feel a difference in our house. It was a lovely way to enjoy Christmas this year. Thanks so much everyone. We would definitely recommend you again!!
Due to foreseen issues with delivery, the installation took much longer than expected but the final result was well worth the wait! Brandon at Now remodeling was great at keeping us in the loop and I would definitely recommend this company! Our house looks wonderful and everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional!

When I met with the two salespeople from Universal Windows Direct of Boise (NOW Remodeling), I settled with this company because of the high-end, insulated siding they offered me. I also requested octagon gable vents. When the materials arrived to my home, the siding was not insulated. I called the production manager and he told me my contract listed the lower-end siding. Unfortunately, I did sign the contract trusting what was discussed was listed. I had not realize the siding name on the contract was the lower-end siding. The company did work with me to resolve the issue by giving me the insulation and gable vents at no added cost. I feel the salespeople, the production manager and the subcontractor installer need to talk with one another. The company also needs to add a follow up call to the costumer to verify what was requested prior to ordering the material. The customer is not familiar with the names of the siding or terms used and what should be listed on the contract. I thought it was odd that the installer asked me for the color that I selected because that was not ever written on the contract.
